Digital X-rays and Patient Charts

At Winning Smiles, you’ll find computers in every private treatment room, at each hygiene chair and elsewhere throughout the dental office.  All patient information such as medical and dental history, current dental findings and x-rays will be stored digitally in your child’s chart.  Dr. Erin can also access this information remotely, after hours, allowing for instant information when we want and need it.

Digital x-rays used at the office have a much faster exposure time, involve no chemicals and are available in less time, allowing for significantly reduced radiation, safer and more readily viewable images vs. traditional x-rays.  These types of x-rays are also useful for education and treatment planning purposes, as they can be displayed on the computer monitor for review by Dr. Erin, staff, parents and patients.
